What's New in the Portal

This article covers what's changed in CPP V2 — a Portal update focused on making things easier to find, simpler to use, and quicker to get done.

💡 What’s changed in CPP V2
If you’ve used the Portal before, this article highlights what’s new, what’s changed, and where key features now live.

At a glance — what’s changed in the Portal

  • A redesigned homepage with quick stats, favourites, and personalised actions
  • Streamlined support requests with clearer guidance before you submit
  • A single Open Requests Dashboard to track everything in one place
  • New dashboard pages grouping related actions together
  • Personalisation features like saved favourites, usage insights, and notification preferences
  • Help built into the Portal — walkthroughs, a Knowledge Base, and AI-powered support

Homepage Improvements

The homepage now gives you a clearer picture of what's available and where to start.

  • My Go-To Pages — quick access to your saved favourite pages
  • My Dashboards — six dashboard cards covering Account Support, Launch Microsoft Advertising, Resources, Support Tickets, Finance, and Organisation management
  • My Portal Stats — view your Portal usage and activity
  • Announcements and To Do — see the latest from ClickTech and actions needing your attention
  • Recommended Reading — curated resources to help you get more from the Portal

Support Requests Experience

Raising a support request takes fewer steps than before, with clearer guidance built into each page.

  • Each request type has two tabs:
    • Request Now - the form to submit your request
    • Overview - with key details, what’s required, and eligibility information (such as whether the feature is available, if your accounts, qualify, or any criteria that apply)
  • Required information is outlined upfront so you know what's needed before you start
  • Cleaner forms with fewer fields and unnecessary steps removed
  • The ☆ page button lets you save the request page to your favourites for quick access

💡 Good to know
The request types haven’t changed — the flow is just more guided to help you submit the right information the first time.

Open Requests & Tracking

All your submitted requests are now in one place — the Open Requests Dashboard.

  • Tabs for each request type: Support Tickets, Audits, Calls, Vouchers, Pilots & Betas, Insights, and New Accounts
  • Filter by status or support type, or search for a specific ticket by account name, account ID, or ticket ID (found in your confirmation email)
  • Each request shows its type, date submitted, and current status
  • Expand any request to see full details including who submitted it, reference ID, and attachments
  • Visibility into requests raised across your organisation

Clearer Navigation

Getting around the Portal is more straightforward, with new dashboard pages that group related actions together.

  • Account Support Dashboard — request support, audits, calls, and training in one place
  • Microsoft Launch Guide Dashboard — new accounts, ad credits, pilots, insights, and domain check
  • Partner Finance Dashboard — rebates, invoices, payments, and finance settings
  • Knowledge & Resource Library — documents, guides, webinars, and shared resources
  • Improved sidebar groups pages into collapsible sections - My Profile, My Open Requests, My Actions, and ClickTech Suite

More Personalised Portal Experience

The Portal now adapts to how you use it.

  • My Go-To Pages — save favourite pages for quick access from the homepage
  • My Portal Stats — see your Total Audits, Open Tickets, Vouchers, and Insights at a glance
  • Recommended for you — personalised action cards based on your recent activity
  • Finance Insights — view rebate earnings by quarter and year, plus trends over time
  • Email notification preferences — manage what updates you receive directly in the Portal:
    • Rebate updates
    • Account unlinking notifications
    • Partner events and announcements

Resource Sharing

You can now send documents directly from the Portal — no need to download and email separately.

  1. Select a document from the Resource Library
  2. Enter the recipient’s email address
  3. Add an optional message
  4. Hit Send

The Shared Resources tab tracks everything — what you've shared and what others have shared with you.

Expanded In-Portal Guidance and Support

Portal help is now built in.

  • Walkthroughs and hints guide you through new features
  • In-context help appears as you explore different sections
  • The Knowledge Base explains how things work
  • AI-powered support answers common questions
  • The feedback option lets you provide helpful critique and future improvements

What hasn’t changed

The Portal looks different, but it still does the same job: managing requests, tracking activity, accessing resources, and working with your team and the same ClickTech team you know.
