Support Requests Experience
Raising a support request takes fewer steps than before, with clearer guidance built into each page.
- Each request type has two tabs:
- Request Now - the form to submit your request
- Overview - with key details, what’s required, and eligibility information (such as whether the feature is available, if your accounts, qualify, or any criteria that apply)
- Required information is outlined upfront so you know what's needed before you start
- Cleaner forms with fewer fields and unnecessary steps removed
- The ☆ page button lets you save the request page to your favourites for quick access
💡 Good to know
The request types haven’t changed — the flow is just more guided to help you submit the right information the first time.
Open Requests & Tracking
All your submitted requests are now in one place — the Open Requests Dashboard.
- Tabs for each request type: Support Tickets, Audits, Calls, Vouchers, Pilots & Betas, Insights, and New Accounts
- Filter by status or support type, or search for a specific ticket by account name, account ID, or ticket ID (found in your confirmation email)
- Each request shows its type, date submitted, and current status
- Expand any request to see full details including who submitted it, reference ID, and attachments
- Visibility into requests raised across your organisation
